Mr. Adebayo is a seasoned financial professional with over 38 years of experience in banking and lending platforms. He began his career in 1986 at the Bank of New York as a Mutual Fund Accountant. From there, he transitioned to Dean Witter, where he worked as a Portfolio Accountant and managed a Commercial Paper Fund for eight years.

Throughout his career, Mr. Adebayo has held various prestigious positions, including managing an Equity Fund for Alex Brown and T. Rowe Price. He later joined Washington Mutual and Chase Bank as a senior mortgage banker. His expertise in the mortgage industry led him to roles with the United Nations and Legacy Financial Corporation, where he served as Senior Vice President and senior mortgage banker, respectively.

Mr. Adebayo's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to establish his own mortgage brokerage firm, further expanding his knowledge of the industry. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Business Development Officer at Mortgage One Solutions Inc. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience to structure deals and place them with financial institutions, primarily serving high-net-worth clients.
